How to make a complaint about a product?

Goods with a defect or non-conformity with the order should be sent back together with a completed complaint form or, if the defect does not require the goods to be dispatched, send a photo of the defect together with a description of it to sklep@aquaspeed.com.pl.


For registered users, you can make a complaint by logging into your account and generate an electronic return for the selected goods following the instructions above.
