E-receipt – a modern equivalent of the paper receipt

An e-receipt is a convenient, secure, and eco-friendly form of purchase confirmation. It replaces the traditional paper receipt and is delivered electronically straight to your e-mail address.

Issuing and delivering e-receipts

By accepting the AQUA SPEED Store Terms & Conditions, you also consent to receiving your fiscal receipt in electronic form – in accordance with applicable regulations.
The e-receipt is generated by the online cash register and transmitted through the system handling electronic fiscal documents.
The document is considered issued once it is saved in the e-receipt system repository.
A link to view the e-receipt or a PDF file is sent to the e-mail address provided with your order. If you do not receive the message, please check your SPAM folder or contact us – we will resend the link.
For your convenience, we can also send a brief SMS notification informing you that the document has been made available (if you provided a phone number).
The e-receipt storage system we use does not receive your personal data – it only acts as a document repository.
If, for technical reasons, issuing an e-receipt is not possible (e.g., a temporary system failure), we will provide you with a standard paper receipt.

E-receipt means convenience and environmental care

Less paper = more eco-friendly shopping.

E-receipts are easy to find, do not fade, and don’t get lost in your wallet.

Data processing related to e-receipts

Your data is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with entities that do not participate in the e-receipt issuing process.
Your e-mail address or phone number may be provided to the company technically operating the e-receipt system solely to the extent necessary to:

verify whether the given e-mail address or phone number can be associated with a system user account,
provide you with access to issued documents in their applications or panels,
send automated notifications about the issuance of an e-receipt (e.g., SMS or e-mail).

Additional information about e-receipts

By accepting the store’s Terms & Conditions during checkout, you agree to receive your receipt electronically, in accordance with Article 111(3a) of the VAT Act.
An e-receipt sent via e-mail has full legal validity and fully confirms your purchase.
When buying a product from our offer, you agree to receive a link to the e-receipt electronically – the link allows you to access the document at any time.
