Product description

The Pullkick kickboard gives you the benefits of two training aids in one: a pull buoy and kickboard. This training aid from Aquaspeed has a compact and lightweight design which makes it easy to use and transport. Made from high quality, resilient, fast-drying EVA foam.


Benefits of a pull buoy:

  • Allows the user to completely focus on training the upper body.
  • Held between the thighs or ankles, the Pullkick helps maintain correct body position, stroke technique and breathing pattern during swimming.
  • By isolating the upper or lower body parts, the Pullkick allows the swimmer to increase arm strength and overall stamina.
  • Allows the user to isolate upper body parts to focus on developing leg strength and the proper kicking technique for swimming.
  • Can also be used to help maintain correct body position and breathing technique during swimming.
