In our school, the basic course typically lasts one weekend, providing participants with a comprehensive foundation in the physical properties of water, which is one of the key elements of working in this profession. They learn basic steps, training methods, and how to use music in sessions. The program is structured in a way that allows beginners to easily build a strong foundation for further development.
This fundamental training is essential to start working in the field. It opens the door to more advanced, specialized courses and workshops, allowing for continued growth and expertise in aqua fitness.

What does the aqua fitness industry look like internationally? Who conducts training courses, who wants to become a trainer, and who are the clients?
Both in Poland and abroad, those who professionally train instructors and lead aqua fitness classes form a unique group of passionate individuals with extensive and diverse expertise. They are eager to share their knowledge through courses and training sessions.
Training systems vary, and it is possible to acquire knowledge not only in Poland but also in different parts of the world. As with any profession, it is important to choose courses that provide a strong foundation for a career in aqua fitness.
Regarding major aqua fitness events, there are several key locations across Europe and worldwide worth visiting for educational purposes. This year, we had the opportunity to be featured once again in the international event calendar.
We organized the two-day AQUA³ convention in Wrocław, aimed at integrating, inspiring, and educating trainers, instructors, and aqua fitness enthusiasts. We invited exceptional presenters and trainers from Poland and across Europe, who shared their knowledge, experience, and passion while delivering fantastic lessons, workshops, and lectures.
