Is your facility also available to “external” customers — tourists and the local community? Who most often uses your pool and SPA, aside from hotel guests?
Our pool is used by guests staying at the hotel for leisure or business, as well as by local residents. Most of our visitors come from Reda, Rumia, and Gdynia. We are very pleased that nearby residents trust us and visit our pool regularly.
Additionally, more and more people from the region choose our SPA as a place to unwind and relax both body and mind. Recently, we have noticed that local residents greatly appreciate our gym and pool area, which allows us to maintain high attendance.

If anything is neglected, Guests will notice it immediately, and there is a risk they will stop visiting our pool. Regaining their trust would require time and effort, so we do not take that risk — we choose only the highest quality, including when selecting equipment for water activities.
